Wedloo sells digital content: online invitations that become available to you immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical product.
Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because Wedloo provides digital content that is made available to you immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to your digital invitation and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the invitation has been created and made available to you.
For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable once the invitation has been created.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your invitation and we are unable to resolve it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a refund.
Any other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We always try to find a fair solution.
You can build and view your complete invitation for free, before paying anything. We strongly recommend using the free preview so you know exactly what you are getting.
