Terms of Service

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Wedloo provides a digital invitation platform that allows users to:

• Create personalized digital invitations for events.
• Share invitations via a unique URL.
• Collect and manage RSVP responses.
• Edit invitation details within set limits.

• All information you enter in your invitation (including names, event date, venue, photos, and other personal details) will be publicly accessible to anyone who has the invitation link.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all persons mentioned in the invitation have consented to having their information published online.
• Wedloo does not verify the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You must not include sensitive personal data (such as financial information, ID numbers, or health information) in your invitation.
• You are responsible for sharing the invitation link only with intended recipients.
• Wedloo cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access to your invitation content by third parties who obtain the link.

• Invitations are automatically deleted 7 days after the event date you specified.
• You will receive an email reminder 6 days after your event warning of the upcoming deletion.
• Once deleted, invitation data, photos, and RSVP responses cannot be recovered.
• It is your responsibility to save any information you wish to keep before the deletion date.
• By purchasing an invitation, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this automatic deletion policy.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, etc.).
• By uploading content, you grant Wedloo a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you upload, including photos of other people.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes.

• By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to your digital invitation and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the invitation has been created and made available to you.
• For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable once the invitation has been created.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your invitation and we are unable to resolve it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a refund.
• Any other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Each invitation comes with a limited number of edits as specified at the time of purchase. Additional edits may not be available once the limit is reached. Choose your invitation details carefully.

You may not use Wedloo to:

• Create invitations containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use our platform for any commercial purpose other than creating personal invitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedloo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data due to automatic deletion after the event date.
• Unauthorized access to your invitation by third parties who obtain the link.
• Technical issues beyond our control (server outages, internet connectivity, etc.).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Wedloo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
